Essay

The theses is devoted to researching of peculiarities of formation of structure and properties of creep-resistant chromium steels welded joints, nature of cold and reheat cracks formation and developing of the approaches to the technology of producing of high-quality welded joints of piping systems of the new generation boiler aggregates with supercritical vapor parameters for heat electric power plants. Founded concepts concerning weld metal alloying, regimes of welding and heat treatment, ensure high resistance against cold and reheat cracking and high complex of service properties of welded joints of creep-resistant martensitic 9 % chromium steels.
