Kamel G. Improvement of technical and economical efficiency of transport-loading systems for the cellulose paper productions continuous boiling by means of rational, constructive, technological and operational parameters selection.

The dissertation is devoted into a questions of the rice of the reliable, productivity, work’s term and unemergency secure of the transport system for the rotor feeders of the transport system continuous welding. The structural-algorithmically schemes and mathematical models of the transport system for the loading of the boiler by the chip, steam chamber, system that follows for the chips level in the boiler, for the alkalis level in the feeding pipe were elaborated. The questions of the improvement of the dynamic characteristics of the feeder were consider. The regularities of the wear of the conical feeders details in dependence of the productivity, constructive peculiarities and exploiting parameters were investigated. Constructive improvements, rational technological methods of the equipments repair and exploitation optimal decisions that immortalize the reliable, productivity, the term of the work and feeders unemergency were elaborated. The new feeders construction was proposed.
