Kornovenko S. Government's agrarian policy A. Denikin and P. Wrangel (1919 - 1920).

In the thesis based on the study of archival sources, published materials and scientific literature, government's agrarian policy of A. Denikin and Wrangel in 1919 - 1920 in Novorossiysk, Kharkiv and Malorossiyskoy provinces is analyzed. The work reveales that A. Denikin, P. Wrangel, their government led a comprehensive approach to resolve the agrarian question, aware of its socio-economic and socio-political significance. The basis of a Special meeting of the agrarian policy, the Government of South Russia saw the intensification of agriculture as an industry, improving the material situation of the peasantry as a guarantor of the existence of an updated white model of Russia's statehood, a full-fledged subject of the socio-economic, socio-political relations.
