The thesis is devoted to the goal-directed synthesis of effective carbon-oxide and metal-carbon-nitrogen-containing oxygen-electroreduction catalysts without platinum with a set of electrochemical properties for power sources, fuel cells, sensors and to establishment of rules for the selection of precursors for the preparation of electrocatalysts of oxygen reduction both on carbon supports and without them on the basis of mononuclear and heteropolynuclear nitrogen- and oxygen-containing complexes of 3d-elements, depending on a central atom, type of lygands and their substituents on the structure of complexes.
