Object: processes of forming of innovative policy of development of regions and mechanisms of its realization. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological principles of forming of innovative policy of development of regions and mechanisms of its realization taking into account their spatial components. Methods: system-structural analysis, comparison, geo-spatial paradigm, cartographic, design. Results: theoretical-methodological principles of forming of innovative policy of development of regions are first grounded, model of innovative development of regions is developed, the methodical going is improved near the construction of innovative matrix of region. Use: at development of project of Law of Ukraine «About principles of public regional policy», in the educational process of the Lviv State Financial Academy.
