The object is processes of integrated innovation-investment system of the region. The aim is the elaboration of theoretical and methodological approaches to formation of integrated innovation-investment system of the region. The methods are logical gener- alization, system and structural and economical-mathematic analyses, modeling, program. Theoretical and practical results are the elaboration of methodological approaches to formation of integrated innovation-investment system of the region, the scientific ground has been given for the content of the motivation system for innovation and investment activity, a mechanism for acceler- ated implementation of innovation-investment projects was proposed. The new approach are Odessa's region Council, ONPU, ONEITT. The field are regional economy, innovation and investment management, higher school.
