Gonta O. Formation a policy of transnationalization of regions’ economy

An object is processes of transnationalization economy of regions of Ukraine at the terms of realization of course of the state on the openness of economy and liberalization of external economic connections; a purpose is development of theorist of methodological principles of forming of policy of transnationalization economy of regions for the decision of practical tasks of improvement of territorial organization of economy of Ukraine taking into account influence of the newest regional and global factors; methods – comparison, analysis to the synthesis and logical generalization, structurally-genetic, institutional, economies statistical, strategic analysis, design, economies mathematical; a novelty is a new decision of important scientifically practical problem of perfection of regional policy of Ukraine in the conditions of growing of transnationalization economy; results – the system-sinergistical paradigm of transnationalization economy of regions is offered on the basis of which the formulated conformities to law of co-operation of the publicly-territorial systems of regions and productive-territorial systems of TNK, in particular: to integrity, hierarchicalness, and to the communicativeness which enables to define the ways of receipt of sinergistical effects of such co-operation; it is inculcated in economic practice.
