The research object is technological process (TP) beneficiation of iron ore in the conditions of section of ore beneficiation factories; the aims to rise of control efficiency ТП of beneficiation of quartzites of magnetite by application of the co-ordinated intellectual control by all stages of repartition in the conditions of uncertainty; the methods are passive experiment, systems analysis and the q-analysis, matrix algebra, decomposition, deduction, neural network identification, a mathematical induction, neurocontrol, classification control, evolutionary optimisation; the new approach based in the advanced concept of the intellectual co-ordinated control of stages TP, are improved neural network autoregressive models of identification of parametres ТP, principles of intellectual control ТP on the basis of association of methods neurocontrol, classification and optimum control for the first time are offered; results - are developed and tested prototypes of system of intellectual control; are inserted in the design organisations and mountain firms; the field is Automation ТP.
