Essay

Qualification work is devoted to development of scientific basis of diffusion welding with controllable mode of deformation and modification of connectable surfaces, which provide with necessary quality indexes of joining. Regularities of formation mode of deformation in conditions of elasticity and plasticity of diffusion welding of dissimilar materials under influence of their qualities, characteristics of welding conditions, structural transformations, design factors, as well as influence mode of deformation and surface engineering on forming of joining were defined. Ideas of mode of deformation of t diffusion welding with thermo cycling is developed. Activities for estimation of possibility of getting qualitative joinings.
