Essay

The dissertation is devoted to decision of condition estimation for welded structures with the cumulated damages actual problem and methods for acoustic-emission (AE) diagnostics and monitoring development, with the purpose, on the basis of forecasting the ultimate loading and a residual resource, to define the danger of cracks occurrence and to prevent destruction. On the basis of complex research of damages accumulation process in materials during deformation and operating time the common laws for some structural-sensitive parameters change, revealed depending on damage formation, that has allowed to formulate the criteria of damage and residual resource estimation for mate-rials by AE data. The scientific results of work has the practical acknowledgement at the analysis of working structures condition, are introduced and applied under production conditions at diagnostic check and continuous АE monitoring of pipes, boilers, pressure vessels, ammonia storehouses manufacture equipment, on bridge transitions of ammonia pipes.
