Object -planing and management of resourse allocation. Joal is to imprave desicion - making. Dynamic model and mathematical model and mathematical metods to optimize resource allocetion, analitic dependence for assessing changes to the number of resourse. Were developed for the first time.The metod of conolitional gradient and the metod for optimizing the management were inepraved. The models of determiting the composition of resourse were developed.
