Essay

Dissertation is devoted to creation of scientific bases of improvement of parameters of fuel profitability internal combustion engines, increase of resource non-failure operation of engines due to application of perspective technology of galvanic-plasma processing pistons. Positive influence of small thickness heat-shielding corundum a layer on a surface of the piston on improvement of characteristics internal combustion engines is theoretically proved. The mathematical model of influence of thickness corundum a layer on increase of an overall performance of engines and definition of rational thickness corundum a layer is offered. The model of a non-stationary temperature condition low-heat conducting superficial layer of the piston is developed with the purpose of definition of instant temperature of his surface. Confirmations of adequacy of the offered model of a non-stationary temperature condition low-heat conducting superficial layer of the piston are resulted at experimental researches of the engine 4CHN12/14, completed skilled corundum by pistons. Recommendations on application of the developed technology of formation corundum a layer are offered. Examples of application of the developed scientific bases of increase of efficiency internal combustion engines and are given to technology galvanic-plasma processing's of pistons for shunting diesel locomotive, tractors Byelorussia with engines D240L. Was designed and, after experimental and industrial check, are authorized in Ukraine Technical Condition on pistons with corundum a layer for internal combustion engines.Results of dissertational research are recommended for use in specialized KB on engine building, educational process of high schools, practice of scientific researches of scientific research institute and specialized chairs of high schools, the factories which produce and repair DVS of different function.
