Tisunova V. The organizational mechanism of market transformations in the economy of the region

Object of research: market transformations in separate territory. The purpose of research: removal of the revealed disagreements between productive forces and economic relations in borders of separate region. Methods of research: dialectic, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis; the historical approach and systemizing; statistical, graphic; supervision, interrogation, experiment and description; economic-mathematical modeling; axiomatic and normative sizes; computer imitating accounts; determining attributes; balancing of expenses of resources and release. Theoretical and practical results: the new decision of the important scientific problem concerning formation of the organizational mechanism of market transformations in economy of region for removal of the revealed contradictions between productive forces and economic relations is given. The theoretical rules are lead up to a level of methodical development and practical recommendations for formation of mechanisms of management of economy in region, ways of perfection of market transformations and increase of a regulating role of the state in these processes. Are accepted to practical use by the Ministry of economy of Ukraine; by Lugansk regional state administration; by management of economy of Lugansk urban advice; by the executive committee Artemovsk regional in city Lugansk of advice of Lugansk area; by the state enterprise "State design institute "Lugansk Civil project" the Ministries of regional development and constructions of Ukraine; are used in educational process of Lugansk state university of internal businesses by name E.A. Scientific novelty: The conceptual approaches to a choice of the purposes and tasks of programming of territorial development are determined on the basis of formation of stages of target measures. The monitoring system behind observance institutional of conditions of development of economy of area is proved. The methods of a choice of the scripts of market transformations at a level of regions are outlined. The methodical approach to definition of the size, quality clusters or corporations and their classification is characterized. The methods of development of a matrix transformational of measures and choice of indicators for formation of strategy of development of regions are advanced. The rules about advantages of corporate model of management of an economic complex of region are concretized. The concept "market transformations in economy of region" is specified and the classification of the objective preconditions of market transformations in economy of region is profound. The rule about conglomerates is proved. The methods of re-structuring of economy of region are determined and the theory of a market infrastructure is advanced in view of territorial concentration of workplaces. The approaches to maintenance of market transformations are extended on the basis of generalization of foreign experience.
