An object is a process of forming and development of regional in agro-food sphere on innovative principles in the context of realization of innovative model of development of Ukraine; a purpose is a complex decision of theorist of methodological, methodical questions and development of practical recommendations from forming of innovative model of development of agro-food sphere of region; methods – historical, to the analysis and synthesis, comparatively-geographical method of systematization, regional, statistical, economic and SWOT-analysis graphic and cartographic, computer treatment, analysis and reflection of information; novelty – authorial interpretation of concept is offered agrarian food sphere of region as aggregate of regional elements of the difficult socially economy ecological system; results – the structural model of innovative development of agro-food sphere of the black sea Region region is offered; it is inculcated in economic practice.
