Mikhurinska K. Support of the development of socially oriented regional economy (on the materials of AR Crimea)

Dissertation is devoted the decision of the important scientifically-applied problem, related to development of the theoretical and methodological providing of development of the socially oriented economy of region. The theoretical ground of development of the socially oriented economy of region is presented, which is based on determination as backbone factors of intellectualization of labor, innovation economy, informatization of society, enterprise activity and human capital, creating terms for structural transformations of social space of region. Complex methodological approach, allowing to take into account a kind, properties, degree of influence and method of display of processes of social development by means of the use of author model of transformation of social space of region, is developed. The new scientific going is grounded near determination of hierarchy of aims of structural transformations of the socially oriented economy of region, allowing to take into account the synergistical effect of co-operation and character of display of functional influence of backbone factors. The economic-organizational mechanism of development of the socially oriented economy of region is developed, and also aims, principles and strategic directions realization of economic doctrine of development of the socially oriented economy of region, are grounded. Вдосконалено методологічні основи оцінки структурних умов розвитку соціально орієнтованої економіки регіону, а також підхід до обґрунтування методів і інструментів державного регулювання. Отримали подальший розвиток теоретичний підхід до визначення сутнісних характеристик підприємницького середовища соціально орієнтованої економіки регіону.
