Kochubey N. Synergetic Concepts in Non-linear Social-cultural Contexts

Synergetic concepts, the change of their meaning and value in the development of the modern scientific knowledge are studied in the dissertation. Theoretical reconstruction and presentation of concepts such as nonlinearity, instability, nonequability, openness, and complexity is carried out. The investigation of heuristic potential of synergetic concepts in network, socio-economic, educational contexts is made. The complex and non-linear character of networks as the objects of modern scientific knowledge is determined; the limitations of the system approach and the advantages of synergetic approach to knowledge of the networks is proved. In the social-economic environment the possible attractors are defined - entrepreneurial and criminal; the role of the state as the creator of the environment is analyzed. Education is constituted as the environment of personal self-building; the transformations in the education as the shift to non-linear complex mentality, implementation of the practice of freedom are analyzed.
