Essay

Dissertation is devoted to actual problem on neurotraumatology - to repeated cranio-cerebral trauma (CCT). After repeated mild CCT experimental modeling in rats the ultrastructure changes, that violate brain tissue functions, were studied (compensation, energetic providing, microcirculation, sinapses, nuclear chromatin). Repeated CCT clinico-neurological features and flow were specified. In was confirmed that repeated mild CCT is more heavy clinical form of brain damage with progredient flow that grounds it's determination as separate kind of trauma in CCT classification. The thesis that repeated CCT at previous neurosensitization predetermines the imunopatological syndrome origin: autoimmunological, autoagressive damage of brain and requires the immunocorrective therapy, was confirmed. The fact of insufficient informing of repeated brain trauma objectivity using ordinary neurovizualization diagnostic methods was provedю.Principles of patients with repeated mild CCT treatment were proposed as "way map"
