Головченко Е. Theoretical and Methodological Support of Overcoming of Threats to Sustainable Economic Development of Regions of Ukraine

The object of study - the development and improvement of economic security of the regions (hereinafter - ESR) by minimizing their informal sector. Purpose - elaboration of theoretical and methodological tools of ESR provision. Methods - systematic, synergetic, logical generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, program and task approach, scenario, statistical and economic analysis. Novelty - patterns and peculiarities of ESR provision in the shadow economy, patterns of changing of the ESR level, theoretical study of the shadow economy as a crisis phenomenon of social and economic development, the concept of combating the shadow economic transactions and minimizing the impact of the shadow economy on social and economic development, the model of estimating of the ESR level. Practical results - recommendations for assessing of the ESR level in situation of transforming economy, technique of estimating of interaction of shadow economy and ESR, the forecast of changes of Ukrainian ESR level.
