Essay

Object: the processes of purposeful change of structure, physical and mechanical properties of the metal materials deformed by combined plastic shear deformation. The purpose: the decision of a scientific and technical problem of the improved complex of strength and plastic properties of metals obtaining on the basis of the determination of conditions of the directed change of a structural condition, physical properties and mechanical behavior of the metal materials deformed by combined plastic shear deformation. Methods: metallographic and the X-ray analysis, measurement of hardness, microhardness, density, electrical and mechanical properties, the analysis of fine structure with the application of the transmission microscopy, the analysis of the boundaries disorientation by the EBSD-analysis method. Results: for the first time on the base of the analysis and generalization of numerical and experimental investigation it is shown, that the energy dissipation in metal materials under the combined plastic shear deformation leads to competitive development of a fragmentation and relaxation processes. For the first time it is shown that the decrease in a yield stress more than in two times in copper М1 and composite Cu-Al in the direction of strain, with increase in degree of deformation under action of shear stress at torsion is connected with the development of relaxation processes, including dynamical recrystallization. Field of application: physics of a solid state, the physics of durability and plasticity, the physics of metals
