3. Object of research - process of maintenance of quality of designing, manufacture and operation of radio-electronic equipment. The purpose of dissertational research - theoretical generalization and a solution of a problem of increase of efficiency of processes designing and manufactures radio-electronic equipments on the basis of mathematical modeling and complex optimization. Research methods - the system analysis and the theory of systems; probability theory and the mathematical statistics; reliability theory; optimization methods. Novelty - the decision of a scientifically-practical problem of increase of efficiency of processes of maintenance of quality of radio-electronic equipment at all stages of life cycle. For the first time the method of modeling of processes of maintenance of quality on the basis of an indicator of deficiency which has arisen at design stages, manufacture and operation is offered. Formalization typical multiple-choice optimizing problems of increase of reliability is executed. The further development the theory and methodology of forecasting of non-failure operation of products have got. The further development the technique of identification of processes of formation and control of properties of products has got.
