Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of collective models for the description of collective excitations, nuclear structure, nuclear reactions. The semiclassical approach, based on the Vlasov kinetic equation, is generalized for the description of two-component Fermi - systems by taking into account neutron-proton asymmetry, temperature effects and collisions between nucleons. The model of non-axial soft on beta - vibrations even-even nucleus is modified by introducing of the spin dependence of nuclei parameters and taking into account gamma - vibrations. Two different parameterizations for nuclear part of potential with the repulsive core at small distances are proposed.
