Essay

The research of conformities to the morphogenesis law of tubular bones of chickens and laying hens of Cobb-500 broilers paternal herd in the postnathal period of ontogenesis, that was carried out conducting both before already approved and the first applied morphological researches. It is a result of the researches, that conformities to the law of morphogenesis of tubular bones of meat directed hens in the postnathal period of ontogenesis are: - presence of age areas of substantial variance of development of the explored hens tubular bones from the law of linear allometry (Huxley); - unbalanced dynamics of development of linear parameters of tubular bones depending on age and bone position in the skeleton of limbs. Thus, the chickens-broilers age period from 1st to the 29th days is possible to consider as critical (by the value of microhardness, calcium and phosphorus maintenances, the quantity of compact bone and histological researches), that is related to forming of compact tubular bones of pectoral and pelvic limbs in the postnathal period of ontogenesis. For laying hens of broilers paternal herd it is possible to consider such period, age period from 114th to 175th days, that is related to the periods of different egg-laying intensity. The analysis of the known growth models is conducted first and the models are found, which describe by the best appearance the dynamics of body mass and linear parameters of tubular bones of meat directed hens and it is shown that the bones of stilopodiya of pectoral and pelvic limbs most counteract to a bend. Thus, chicken-broiler tibia similarly femora laying hens has most value of minimal second moment of area. The values of microhardness of compact bone matter are researched first in the middle diaphisis of meat directed hens tubular bones, that characterize their qualitative changes and depend on age and their position in the skeleton of pectoral and pelvic limbs. Linear character of correlation between calcium maintenance and microhardness is determined in the researched tubular bones. Thus, given correlation is most expressed for humeri and femora. The method of estimation of geometry dynamics of external and internal contours of cross sections of mean of diaphisis and thicknesses of compact bone of tubular bones is developed by spline functions, that allows to determine dependence of these parameters on age, bones positions in the skeleton of limbs and maintenance conditions of meat directed hens. Micromorphologic researches of compact bone matter of middle diaphisis of limb tubular bones are conducted. It is determined that the chickens-broilers compact bone matter acquire the definitive state on 29th day, and laying hens of paternal herd of broilers one acquire it on the 114th and 175th days of postnathal period of ontogenesis.
