Essay

Using the theory of X-ray and electrons dynamic scattering the interrelation of the defective structure of variously originated deformed diamond and variation of Kossel and Kikuchi lines profiles has been established. The theoretical modeling of the existence of the lattice periodic deformation field with the use of Takagi equations supports the formation of the deformation field, which is distributed with a crystal thickness, as a result of an impurity selective capture during the crystal growth. Structural and orientation characteristics of the samples of polycrystal films produced in RF-plasma under various technological conditions have been studied using the Kikuchi method.
