Research object they are formation's mechanisms of solid state nanocluster centers (atomic nanoclusters, fractal's nanoparticles) with different symmetry, which are in the matrix and heterotransitions. The aim of the work consisted of that, to study of the interatomic interaction, to determine of the new law of the formation and physical properties of the lowdimensional system such as nanoclusters and nanocluster sybsystem of the solid state. New approach of the modification of the solid state materials due to clusterization ones was suppoused; the investigation's methods of the structure, properties and constitution of the solid state heterostructures with nanocluster subsystem.
