Essay

Investigated and developed a universal method of analysis of electromagnetic processes in semiconductor electrical energy converters different types, which has higher performance compared with existing methods. Added new type of temporal characteristics of the electric circuit - the functions of a free mode. A new method describing transients in converters at intervals between switching, which eliminates the need to identify sustainable integration in the transition from interval to interval. Obtained universal recurrent formulas for calculating multistage transient in converters with constant and variable structure that significantly reduces the time of calculations. On the basis of recurrent formulas proposed methods of calculations of quasisteady-state mode in converters without calculating compound transition. Proposed methods, algorithms and software for rapid calculation of transient processes and in converters. Algorithm for fast calculation of transients in converters implemented in the software package MatLab.
