Object - economic relations in the process of innovation and investment software for socio-economic development of regional systems; goal - investigation of theoretical and methodological principles and developing practical recommendations on the formation mechanism of innovation and investment in Ukraine's regions and improve their system organization; methods - cognition, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, statistical comparisons, system-structural analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and simulation; novelty - the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation and investment activity at the economic substance and content of innovation and investment in Ukraine's regions, proved a new paradigm of regional self-development, defined innovation and investment strategy vector of Poltava region; results - theoretical and practical recommendations on concrete and practical proposals form the basis for accelerating transformational change innovation and investment for Ukraine and its regions based on systematic and comprehensive; sphere - the development of productive forces and the regional economy.
