Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical bases of the high-quality casts obtaining in the process of the guided crystallization from a copper, copper alloys and nickel alloys at the repeated use of materials. Existing is improved and new technological processes and equipment are created for their realization. It is developed the theoretical bases of purifying of fusion of copper, of mechanism of its crystallization in a graphite form, of forming of structure of bronze at the continuous casting. Possibility of the use of technological return of heatproof nickels alloys is improved. It is developed the methods of measuring of heat conductivity of metallic materials at different temperatures and in the different aggregate states. The proper dependences are got for the aluminium of liquid-metal crystallizer. The methods of operative control of heat conductivity are developed. It is developed the method for physical modeling of crystallization of casts and proper equipment is created.
