Nikitjuk O. Scientific and methodological bases of an environmental safety of agricultural products.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical proof of scientific-methodological basis of agricultural production. Related products ecologic safety is studied. Basing on international and national normative documents, scientific-methodological and conceptual model of agricultural production and related products is developed. It is shown that for increase of competitiveness and quality of national agricultural pro-duction, reformation of national quality and safety control systems is required. Tak-ing into account European experience, it is required to get rid of numerous standards and implement complex quality system "from farm to consumer". Using system analysis, modern international and national standards in safety and quality of agricultural products are compared. It is show that harmonization of regulatory documents in this area is very low. A prognosis model of the process of harmonization development is built. This model reveals that if current rate of har-monization of normative documents is preserved, the percent of harmonized with ISO normative documents will decrease rapidly in 2011-2014. Ways of improve-ments of national standards of agricultural production quality and safety are given. Main features of ISO 9001 (SSTU ISO 9001) quality management model in agricul-tural production certification laboratories are described. Range of demands for agri-cultural production certification laboratories' competence is compiled.
