This work is devoted to creation of the generalized approach to surfaced part as to the multilayered design, each of which layers brings the contribution to the is intense-deformed condition of a part as a whole and influences its operational properties, service life and possibility of repeated regenerative surfacing. On the basis of modern models the calculating method of the residual intense-deformed and structural state of details is developed at one- and multilayered surfacing and its influence on fatigue durability at cyclic mechanical or thermomechanical loadings. The conducted researches have allowed to develop new highly effective surfacing materials and technologies of surfacing of parts maintained in conditions of wear process and cyclic mechanical or thermomechanical loadings.
