Object - whiskers Si1-хGeх and sensitive elements of temperature and strain sensors. Aim - establishment of influence of structure perculiarities, external fields (strain and magnetic) as well as radiation on termoresistive and thermoelectric properties of Si1-xGex whiskers for design of strain and thermal sensors operating in hursh condition. Innovation - establishment of correlation between size, morphology, macrostructure, gauge facto, values of magnetoresistancer and doping level of samples doped near metal- insulator transition.
