Essay

Pressing scientific problem - a problem of monitoring of engineering equipment, was investigated in the present thesis. There were also suggested new improvements of the existing solutions. In case of engineering equipment were considered reconfigurable spectral operators that help in acquisition of special spectral parameters. These parameters identify informational control signals that have small mean-square error in comparison with the traditional orthogonal transformations that use fast algorithms. Preliminary signal processing with a modified Walsh transformation lets increase accuracy of parameters definition, define coordinates of perturbation source with the help of frequency-wave spectrums, increase reliability of definition of control object parameters and perform equipment diagnostics.
