Essay

Object – flotation process. Goal – improving the efficiency of the flotation process by developing advanced mathematical models and flotation optimal control algorithms. For the first time there was created the mathematical model of the flotation process, where the flotation activity of particles enriched minerals of various sizes and materials is determined by means of solving integro-differential flotation equation derived from the basis of physical task setting; for the first time there has been formulated and solved the task of flotation control in case of critically high admixtures content in the feeding. Area of use: mineral processing.
