Electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power studies were carried out for: binary alloys, ternary alloys, binary alloys with p-n transition in the stoichiometric composition region; metal melts Sn, Al, Sb, Bi, Pb-Mg doped with transition metals; semiconductor Te and In2Te3 liquid alloys doped with transition metals; semiconductor Se-Te and S-Te alloys doped with transition metals. Physical models, which explain electron structure, electrophysical and structure-sensitive properties during metal-nonmetal transitions in the liquid alloys.
