Essay

Subject of inquiry - gasdynamic and thermodynamic processes in hollownesses of air engines and switching sections of pneumatics units with a retardation by alteration of pattern of switching links. Research objective - martempering of energy performances of hydropneumatics units and expansion of field of their use at the expense of the new strategy of discrete control. Methods of examination - the analysis on the basis of the fundamental equations of thermodynamics of a skew field of variable mass of interior transients in pneumatics units, and also the quantitative and qualitative composition of power inputs of a heavy air with use en eksergical method. Idealised and practical effects - a task solution more an effective utilisation of energy capabilities of a heavy air in discrete pneumatics units and extending last on new fields of technique at the expense of build-up energy-saving circuits and the new strategy of discrete control. Fundamental theory of synthesis of discrete pneumatics units where they are introduced as system of variable pattern when traffic, the retardation and end-effector positioning is carried out at the expense of alteration of pattern of switching links depending on end-effector determination in this or that subdomain of a phase space and build-up on these fundamentals freely programming multiposition pneumatics units are developed. The universal synthesis algorithm energy-saving patterns of pneumatics units on the basis of a method of undivided decomposition of the equations is tendered. New pneumatic circuits and maps of control are developed by the pneumoallocators, grounded on a retardation of an end-effector by alteration of pattern of switching links which one ensure the significant martempering energetic performances of pneumatics units and dilate field of their use aside essentially major inertia loadings. The basic measure of a dynamic similarity of pneumatics units are oozed and the field most intelligent use energy-saving circuits of pneumatics units in the field of these measure that ensures a successful practical heading of the tendered circuits is defined. Novelty the tendered strategy three-state a condition of positioning of an end-effector with use of a condition of self-training that allows to optimise process of positioning both on precision, and on speed of operation has also. The tendered control algorithms (including modified lines of switching) allow to implement freely programming multiposition pneumatics units on the basis of standard distribution instrumentation that does the tendered method of positioning economically attractive. Effects of operation are used at realisation of state budgetary themes МОН of Ukraine, and also at accomplishment economic contracts of research work with "ВНИИГидропривод" (Kharkov), "ГСКТБ Пневматика" (Simferopol) and corporation "Гидроэлекс" (Kharkov). Extent of a heading - effects of operation are introduced on "ОАО Пневматика" (Simferopol), corporations "Гидроэлекс" and in educational process of stand "Гидропневмоавтоматика и гидропривод" NTU "KPI".
