Essay

Thesis deals with theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific problems, connected with the study of development mechanism peculiarities of leucosis processes in cattle. It was carried out complex investigations of morphofunctional, immunological, biochemical and histological organism indices of experimentally infected and spontaneous infected cattle with leucosis. Based on the study of morphological content of blood, cell and humoral factors of immunity, the intensity of proliferation of lymphoidical cells in different organs, the activity of enzymes at primary stages in carbohydrates hydrolysis, the indices of protein exchance, found out the peculiarities of their turning changes depending on physiological state and animals age. Thanks to the experimental research, it was set up the peculiarities of morphofunctional, immunological and biochemical changes in the process of leucosis pathogenese development. It was scientifically proved, that the considerable changes in morphological content of blood in experimentally infected cattle with leucosis virus begin since the third month from the beginning of animal infection, which are characterized by segment nuclear neuropenium, eozinopenium and lymphocytosis. Since the fourth months from the beginning of infection, it was observed the inhibation at primary stages of glicolisis, the depression of protein exchange and the rise of organism immunoreactivity.
