Essay

The dissertation is devoted to developing of theoretical and technological base of casting technique including modern alloying methods and structure modifying of mottle and white iron to create necessary cast, mechanical and especial properties for wide application them in industry. It was established chance connection between furnace feed structure, melt temperature and quantitative-morphologic properties of foundry iron structure. Also it was find out titanium influence to microstructure and properties of cast productions which are made of base furnace feed having various inheritance. It was found out optimum of chromium and titanium cast composition which let elevate cast properties for articles using for acid and high temperatures (700 - 800 degree Celsius) environment. It was developed and applied in industry technology of casting equipment manufacturing (molding box for burning, boxes, plate slabs) with aluminum and complex alloying by Ce, SiC, TiCN. Because of fraction control changing it was improved using properties up to high alloyed Cr-Ni steels.
