The dissertation is devoted to a new direction in medicine - clinical ecopathology, there are theoretical generalization and a new approach to solve actual problems of modern pediatrics - improving the health of children in regions of combined pollution with heavy metals and fluorine by improving the organizational scheme of medical care and genetic optimization preventive measures, developed on the basis of molecular genetic markers of "predisposition" genes and determining individual sensitivity to the child's body xenobiotics influence in the dynamics of 9-year observation.
