Essay

Object of research - processes of vibrational movement and divisions of mineral raw materials in a liquid on an oscillating surface at its mining and processing. The purpose - development of the scientific bases of vibrational movement and divisions of mineral raw materials in a liquid on an oscillating surface, at its mining and processing on the basis of the count of influencing of a liquid, regularities of processes and establish of parameters vibrational influencing for increase of efficiency, creation of engineering both technologies of a vibrational mining and processing of mineral raw materials in fluid mediums. Methods: classic mechanics and original positions of the theory of movement of an ideal particle on a vibratile surface, behavior of free-flowing bodies and multiphase systems under operating of chattering; mathematical statistics; a classic vibration theory of non-linear mechanical systems, numerical methods of calculation and spectral analysis of their properties. The causes and regularity of increase of speed of vibrational movement of particles of mineral raw materials in a liquid in matching with air medium are established; the levels and nature of relation of accelerations from fineness of aggregate and density finelydispersed of particles are determined at division of pulps on screen oscillating surfaces for screening. Are designed and built the vibrational machines both technologies for a mining and processing of mineral raw materials in liquid mediums, the economic benefit has compounded 290,5 thousand UAH.
