Research object: processes of the use of economic resources are in a region. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical bases, development methodological and scientifically methodical positions which touch forming of innovative mechanism of management economic resources in a region. Research methods: system structural, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical analysis; logical-structure ground; graphic description. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalization and new decision of important scientific problem of forming of innovative mechanism of management the economic resources of region is resulted on the modern stage of market transformations.
