Zhibak M. The development of rural labour potential in the Western region of Ukraine: theory, methodology, practice.

In the thesis new solution of a scientific problem of theoretical and methodological basis and development of practical offers on the increasing of formation efficiency and employment of rural labor potential in the context of further agricultural manufacture development on rural territories of Ukraine and in particular in western region. Given thesis provides the theoretical basis of the essence of the social economical categories "labour potential of the rural territories of the region", which reflects quantity of able-bodied people that have necessary physical development, skills and mental abilities in order to work in a productive way and are habitants of rural territories of particular region.
