The dissertation is devoted to determining general evolution laws of a defect structure under the influence of external factors, developing phenomenological and statistical description of complex solid-state systems, specifically, studying self-oscillated properties of non-linear systems subject to different noises, developing field-theoretical statistical methods based on deformed calculi, describing hierarchical makeup of phase space of complex systems.
