In dissertations systematic researches are conducted of processes of development of the charged polymeric membranes and membranes with antibacterial properties by phases invertion a method in the presence of functional antibacterial and ionogenic oligomerous surfactants matters and from solutions of ionogenic polymers; by graft polymerization of functional monomers, polymeranalogous transformations of polymers and immobilization of microbial-resistant matters (chitosan, interpolymer complexes of PGMG-chloride, quinolone and fluoroquinolone); adsorption functional charge and guanidine oligomers. The set conformities to law of receipt of the charged functional hydrogels membranes with antibacterial properties and hydrogels membranes of the medical setting are on the basis of chitosan. Of principle and practical possibility to regulate separate and antibacterial properties of polymeric membranes by forming of them with introduction of functional components and surface modification by graft polymerization of ionogenic monomers and immobilization of bactericidal matters. On the basis of the developed technologies the got is charged polymeric membranes with the high level of antibacterial activity, that marked low propensity to contamination and long period of exploitation.
