Dissertational work is devoted for working out of modern optical carriers for recording and information storage. New optical carriers for recording and information protection are created on the basis of application of modern dyes with the photoluminescent response. Substantial growth of volume of the recorded information is reached at the expense of application of multilayered structures. A high-speed data recording was provided with replacement of traditional organic photoresists with inorganic ones, which application demanded also replacement of materials of substrates with low heat conductivity on materials with high heat conductivity (Si, Ni). Maintenance of reliable protection of the information which has been written down both in analog and in a digital form, was reached at the expense of application in carriers of the highly stable materials, providing preservation of the recorded data in the conditions of hostile environments, fire and mechanical influences. The solving of a scientifically-practical problem has been based on studying of laws of structural changes in dyes, composites dye-zeolite, inorganic photoresists, the substrates which are passing under the influence of optical and electronic irradiation, annealing, ion bombardment, plasm chemical etching.
