The object of study, the cutting process of fibrous polymer materials research objective - expanding the functionality of fibrous polymeric composites by creating efficient processes of machining, research methods, boundary element method, finite element method, microscopy, three-component dynamometer, piezoelectric dynamometer, the theoretical and practical results - developed a general methodology for establishing effective machining conditions of polymer composites, installed power and energy characteristics of the cutting process, identified the influence of power and energy characteristics on the dynamic mechanical properties, developed effective processes of machining, which provide the necessary quality of the surface layer; scientific novelty - proposed scientific - approach to establishing the feasibility of cutting conditions of polymer composites, which are based on the localization of damage to the interfaces of structural components, the degree of implementation-IVO "snap" SPE "Khartron-Plant"; (public corporation) BAT "Turboatom" UKKB "Proton", Ukrainian Engineering - pedagogical akademіya; scope of use, mechanical engineering, aircraft construction.
