Tkach O. Competitive position of a region in the global conditions of the orient-economical systems mutual influences

Research object: modern process competition ensure in global terms of inter-influencing of the oriental-economical systems. Purpose: theoretical-methodological background invention of the Ukrainian regions modern regional policy competition ensure as the oriental-economical systems with taking into account global’s cycling influences. Methods: systems analysis, historical, economical-mathematical modeling, strategic analysis and structural-functioning, table, graphical and maps. Results: the theory of the regional oriental-economical systems mutual cycling influence has been offered, has been modeled and conformed the oriental-economical systems mutual cycling economical dynamic development depending from economical dynamic of the dominate centers, has been differences the local dominated centers influences upon a regional oriental-economical system, the character of crises spreading has been improved by the regional crisis ways, economical- managing mechanism of anti cycling regulation of the economical process in a region has been improved, the attitude to competition ensure with finding, isolating and canceling negative outside influences, improving the structure of the dominated centers, further development of state financial-credit regional policy as a poly structural financial policy, further development as for definition of the region’s activity in the global economical system.
