The thesis contains theoretical and experimental research of social and psychological features of becoming of professional identity of future medical psychologist. In this paper we have covered specific character of professional identity of medical psychologist and ways of acquiring of identity by specialists - medical psychologists. The model of professional identity of future medical psychologist has been elaborated. The stages and the dynamics of becoming of professional identity of future specialist, medical psychologist, have been distinguished. Social and psychological terms of becoming of professional identity of students are created on the basis of model of professional identity of future medical psychologist and taking into account empiric data in the framework of elaborated and successfully approved specially organized and professionally oriented studies as an addition to the traditional forms of educational activity organization.
