Essay

Process of a through parallel-serial support of stages of LC of thin-walled piston DVS which precede maintenance. Working out of scientific and technical bases of the integrated designing and manufacture of thin-walled pistons DVS with compulsory ignition with use modern CAD/CAE/CAM/CALS-production engineering for martempering of their quality at decrease of expenses by designing and manufacture. All theoretical and experimental researches are based on fundamental rules of theory DVS, the theory of mechanisms and cars, modern mathematical tooling. The estimation of a thermomechanical intense condition of the piston was carried out by a method of final elements with use of the traditional and specially developed boundary coditions. The estimation of work capacity and a resource of created thin-walled pistons was spent by methods bench and service tests. The offered and realized production engineering of the computer-integrated support of stages LC which precede maintenance, allows to provide raise of efficiency of carried out scientific works, designing, preparation of manufacture and manufacturing of progressive designs of thin-walled pistons DVS. For DVS with compulsory ignition scientific and technical bases, methodology and set of methods of the integrated designing, preparation of manufacture and manufacture of thin-walled pistons which differ from before used by the system account of parametric quality (quality of work directly in the propeller) and qualities of creation of new designs which allows to provide set of the basic demands of the development engineer, the producer and users for the first time are offered. On the basis of the system approach in designing the sufficient codition of achievement of a degree of quality of the piston for the first time is formulated. For the first time the modeling analogue of a complex of functions is developed for an estimation of quality of thin-walled piston DVS taking into account features of its functioning and a support of a path of its design-industrial medium LC. The new method of synthesis of internal asymmetrical geometry of the piston taking into account its thermal and power loadings in defining modeling working conditions is developed. For the first time the method of a system synthesis of base surfaces of the thin-walled piston is developed. The decision making circuit design about manufacture new or модернизованного the piston is developed, "Documentary procedure 7.3-1" that regulates acts of the personnel the PAS "AVTRAMAT" and the design-industrial complex is created. 20 names of competitive pistons are developed for propellers of families MeMz, VAZ, ZМZ, UМZ, that made in quantities which exceeds 330 thousand piece. Results of dissertational research are introduced in educational process of chair DVS NTU "KhPI". Engine building.
