The thesis was first filed a holistic view of the regularities of formation and the territorial organization of resources of medicinal plants of Ukraine. The biological, environmental and cenotic factors that are crucial for the state and dynamic of plant resources was established. An algorithm of evaluation of the qualititative assessment of the resources of medicinal plants was elaborated. An algorithm evaluation (economic)of plant resources was developed. The scientific basis of regulatory conservation and sustainable use of national phytoresources was developed.
