Karlova O. Theoretical and methodological ambush operation and development of socio-economic system of the urban complex

The object of study - the process of economic and social development of the city. The aim of study - the scientific justification of urban complex functioning and development based on principles of its socio-economic system optimization. Methods of study - dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of systematical and structural analysis of economic processes, abstracting methods, methods of expert assessments, monitoring, analysis, synthesis and comparison of economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting and synthesis. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the scientific principles and recommendations of dissertation can be used by academic institutions and organizations in order to further deepen of theoretical principles for improving the efficiency of socio-economic system of urban complex in market development conditions; in activities of local government, executive and legislative power in the process of state regulation of social and economic systems of urban complexes of Ukraine implementation, as well as in studying processes. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the concept of urban complex integrity ensuring was assured; innovative strategy of urban complex socio-economic systems optimization was proposed and implemented. System of new solutions developing in the formation of socio-economic systems of urban centers in Ukraine; methodical approaches to urban complex modeling; methodical approach referred to comprehensive assessment of urban complex socio-economic development; a mechanism of assessment of development goals achievement based on a hierarchical system of indicators; system of principles of sustainable urban complex development; dynamic model of urban complex development, which is based on the concept of "strategic triad" (the unity of planning, management and thinking. processes) - were improved. Further developments have got: the determination of various factors influence onto the properties and behavior of socio-economic systems of urban complex; the concept and economic content of industrial and social infrastructure interaction in the municipal complex; estimation of economic, social and organizational outcomes of socio-economic systems formation in the process of urban complex life-style development.
