This thesis defines the theoretical, methodological and methodical basis of transformations of agriculture of the country at the regional level. The first reasonably essence of transformation and transformation processes, by their typology and classification, identified factors and principles of implementation. The conceptual framework of regional transformation in the sector of the economy based on the formation of an innovative model of development, taking into account regional specifics, to improve organizational and economic principles of operation, including clustering of new approaches and models of rural development, labor market, employment in rural areas.
